We currently ship to the UK and Europe.

Tracking
Your tracking reference can be found on your shipping notification email from Bella Hope.
Amending an order
If you need to amend any details (such as delivery address) of your order, please contact us immediately on 01494 476065 or contact@bellahope.co.uk as once an order has been shipped, we cannot cancel or amend it.
Risk
We assume the risk for the products before and during delivery. Once the products have been signed for, the risk (including loss and damage) will pass to the Customer.
Ownership of the products will only pass to you when we receive full payment of all sums due in respect of the products, including delivery charges.

- We recommend all returns are sent using an insured and recorded delivery service with tracking and signature services.
- Bella Hope does not accept liability for any returned goods lost or damaged in the post.
- Please be sure to include your order number when returning candles.
- Returns outside the stated time frame will only be accepted at the discretion of Bella Hope.
- Refunds will only be made to the card used to purchase the goods with.
- Credit and Debit Card refunds may take up to 10 working days for your bank to complete.
- Bella Hope does not accept liability for the length of time particular banks take to process refunds.
